Our Dyslexia Coping Strategy service is designed to meet two needs;
1.For Clients – To bridge the gap between the understanding of what, for example, dyslexia software does and the too often unfulfilled need to identify and implement the necessary holistic work place improvements. Working with clients on a one-to-one basis, we aim, with local management support, to increase the effectiveness of employees so that not only the costs incurred are covered but also provide a healthy return on the investment.
2.For Management – To create a detailed awareness of the issues that affect disabled employees and the steps that can easily be taken to provide a supportive environment.
