Simply plug the Mouse into any regular televesion via SCART lead, connect the power and press the large blue button. Your televesion will automcatically change to the correct channel. Hold the Mouse in your hand, just like a tennis ball or computer mouse, and whatever you move the Mouse over will appear magnified on your TV.
