The Anti-Tremor Mouse Adapter now know as The Assistive Mouse Adapter (AMA) is connected between a standard mouse (Optical Mouse supplied) and either a USB or PS/2 mouse port to provide assistance to users with neuro-motor difficulties.
The AMA is powered by the computer USB or PS/2 port, thus eliminating any requirement for a separate power supply. Assistive functions of the AMA include reduced cursor tremor, reduction of unintended mouse button clicks and relaxed double clicking.
The AMA output obeys standard PS/2 and USB protocols, therefore the device functions with all operating systems. Individual features can be enabled, disabled and adjusted to suit the user’s needs. Controls and switches are simple and easy to use.
A single On/Off switch allows for shared operation of a computer.

A - A large number of wireless mice function well with the Assistive Mouse Adapter. Some wireless mice tend to be more sensitive and have higher operating speeds than others. The choice of a wireless mouse is not always desirable.

Q- Do I need to change anything on my computer?
A - Sometimes the settings of your computer may have been adjusted and the “Mouse Speed” increased by a previous user to suit their own particular requirements. Returning your “Mouse Speed” to normal, if required, will improve your use of your computer.
